Food safety has become an increasingly important requirement in consumers’ purchasing choices. In addition to guaranteeing high quality standards throughout the production process of our fruit, we have decided to insert a UV ray sanitization system into the table grape processing line to offer further peace of mind to our customers.
UV rays, in fact, allow us to eliminate any contaminants present on the product that could be potentially harmful to humans. An ecological process that does not impact in any way on the quality of the fruit and that allows consumers to enjoy our fruit in complete peace of mind.
